The set consists of one large and two small roosters. All roosters are made of metal and painted by hand.

A classic!

This landmark Portugal is based on a legend: An innocent pilgrim was sentenced to death as he was eating a roasted rooster. The pilgrim said that since he was innocent, the rooster would crow when he was led to the gallows. When he went to the gallows, the roasted rooster crowed and the pilgrim was set free.
