Withdraw from contract

You can use this form to withdraw from your contract (order) concluded online. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, including the date and time of receipt.

Please provide the following details. Fields marked with * are mandatory; stating a reason is voluntary.

If available – makes it easier to identify your order. Identification is also possible via your e-mail address.
Stating a reason is voluntary and not a requirement for the withdrawal.
